I have been completely happy with Towne Plaza since we moved in. Sure, management can be overzealous at times, but considering the history of the area(1980s - lots of drug trafficking, loud parties, etc), I can see why. I feel completely safe here even if I were to walk to the grocery store at 3am. The houses are built well, they're just old, and I've never had a problem with maintenance. They fixed my hot water heater on the same day we called and it only took a couple of days to fix the shower. They always fix it right too!
