I moved into Towne Plaza back in August. I felt like it was christmas. My town house had all new cabinets, appliances and all new carpet. The neighborhood is guit and the neighbors are nice. The maintenance staff is great I called about my toilet running off and on by itself and they came immediately. I couln't get my husband to respond that quick. My rent is reasonable and the office staff is great. They were right when they told me that they are owner managed and that I was not a address in their books, but a person. I have lived in high priced rental communities and I would rent here anyday over any of the rest. Thank you for making me feel like family.
