I love it here I moved in towne plaza in February of 09 with a little apprehension due to the age of the complex. I rented a 2 BRTH that had totally been upgraded with all new kitchen cabinets, appliances, flrs, carpet etc. My unit was beautiful. I have good neighbors who watch out

quiet neighborhood Its a good place for cheap rent but you get what you pay for. The people above me walk so hard you can here them walking through the apartment no matter what time of day and the ceiling creaks like crazy. The management staff is really friendly, and all the maintenance guys
