The Kensington House

Good luck trying to get a good night's sleep at the Kensington House. There are train tracks that run right behind the apartment complex. The trains run at all hours of the night and are very, very loud. The area surrounding the complex is very dark, and is not suitable for walking after dark (no sidewalks on some streets and little or no light.) The tenants seem okay, but many do not speak English. In fact, I live below an Hispanic family, and I can hear their children running around screaming. The overall appearance of the place is nothing fancy. They could really stand to do something to make it aesthetically pleasing. Also, the pool is very small and it doesn't look very clean. I plan on moving out ASAP.

I have found the opposite of your contention that many tenants do not speak English. The overwhelming majority (or probably all) do speak English; however, the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and Montgomery County happen to be culturally diverse. Diversity can be a good thing. Please try to broaden your horizons.
