Ok not bad but... Nice area but the building is very prone to floods/leaks and electricity blackouts! Whenever it rains, run for cover. The maintenance is very slow to respond, expect months before they even pay attention. No bug problems though, so it's a plus. Safe Kensington area

Not a bad place Building is reaalllly old and there are always leaks. But maintainece staff is nice and prompt. Area is very peaceful and quite. Ride on close by. Also, Kensington Parkway is great if you are into jogging or biking. The only real issue here is the train track that runs behind this

UGH Good luck trying to get a good night's sleep at the Kensington House. There are train tracks that run right behind the apartment complex. The trains run at all hours of the night and are very, very loud. The area surrounding the complex is very dark, and is not suitable for
