I am happy about my Camden decision. I almost didn't move in because of the reviews. I had a wonderful experience with the entire management staff and I am happy with my apartment. Here are facts to consider..apartments are beautiful and well built, they have Steel beams (not wood), the appliances work great, no problems with washer/dryer..etc. The apartments are built in a brand new area, so you can expect to see common household pest, likes spiders, but that's it. The neighbors are friendly, noise level is minimal, but it is an apartment! The garage parking is WONDERFUL and there are plenty of parking spaces along sides of apartments which is great. Easy access to the metro, you couldn't ask for more! The water bill is averaged and split amongst the residence. You receive your first month water bill approx 3 months after you move in and you are billed for prior 2 months at the end of your lease. Electricity is by individual unit. I would recommend community to friends.
