I have lived in Hanson Arms for a little over a year. I did not renew my lease in order to find somewhere else to move to. I was unable to view the apartment until the afternoon of my move in even though the date had been pushed back twice, my bathroom flooded after living there only four days. I continued to have a problem with flooding in the hall closet, the living room and the first and third bedrooms. There is roaches in the hallways as soon as you come in the building. The parking is atrocious, and the maintenance never fixes anything. I am moving out and the things on my move in sheet have still not been fixed as of yet. When a fuss is made as to the management fixing things they want to charge you even though it is regular maintenance.

I totalally agree with this person comments b/c i also live their too and it is bad when you come into your building and see roaches walking in the halls like they also pay rent in the building, but thats what you get when you keep moving in those nasty Africans. The cleaning crew around their do not clean the halls nor do they clean up the property like they are suppose to.
