I've been living here for 2 years and about 3 months. Honestly the management is good. They make sure its no one hanging outside in the hallways and they keep the area clean. There are no roaches in my apartment however there are some roaches outside...meaning the prositutes that walk the street. They dont bother you but there out there! Other than that its a nice neighborhood!
