We went to CP recently after reading the mixed reviews online. The first time we went in May, we waited outside for 20 miinutes but the loe leasing agent in the office never showed up.

After spending an unsuccessful summer apt hunting, we decided to give it anpothr shot. First, I called the leasing agency and asked if they had any 1 bedrooms available for immediate move-in and whether they had anything available for viewing. The lady answered yes to both questions, thus, we drove 30 minutes to the apartment complex. This time when we arrived, the leasing agent was in the office however, she that not oly did they not have apartments available for another 2 weeks, but they didnt even have a model available for us to look at. She gladly showed us the floorplans (which are relatively large) and reviewed the application process with us. She said if we returned in a week, she'd have a 1 bdr available for viewing.Thus, we set an appointment to meet with hr the following week.

That night, we returned to CP to see if the reviews about transvestite hookers were true or outdated. Less than 10 minute after we arrived at the property, a lone women strutted into the street and bent over! We sat and watched as cars slowly drove by and propositioned her. I all fairness, her chosen profession or location had little to do with the CP or its management so a week later, we called to the leasing agent to view the apt she promised would be available. Not only wasn't the apartment available,, she was beyond rude! She brushed us off, said she'd call back later in the day with an update....it's, one week later and we still haven't heard ack from her!
