Where to begin...Let us start with the mold. There is mold in the walls of the apartment. The leasing office will tell you that it has been taken care of but I beg to differ. All you have to do is lean on the dry wall and watch as it sinks like an old mattress. In order to get the maintenance workers to come to the apartment you will have to contact the corporate office. That still won't do the job. You will then have to contact the health department. Maybe if you live where the rental office is actually located they would come to your apartment however don't count on them understanding anything you say in English. Roaches aren't bad in my apartment but I have heard (will get to that next)that they run rampant in others. As long as you clean up after yourself they pretty much leave you alone (put your aboric acid down).
If you like to go through a crowd of people in the hallway this is your place to be! People actually hang out in the building hallway right at the door most of them don't even live in the building. They have no problems smoking ANYTHING either. Which stinks to high heaven! They have no respect for you or anybody that comes to see you. Which if you have company they can not park on the property! They will only give you one parking pass so if you have a roommate or a girl/boy friend you better not have more then one car or you'll have to park it around Palmer Park!
You can have a dog and boy can you tell. People do not pick up after there pets so watch were you walk. Laundry room is terrible. Only two washers and dryers and no hot water.
