I have lived here for 1 year...I have a very spacious 1 bedroom. I plan on staying once my lease is up for maybe another year before i move. I have noticed that some of the front buildings are a little trifling when it comes to littering and funiture all over the place by the trash receptors, and loitering outside some of the buildings by these young hoodlums. My friend's car was stolen but later found, and PG police are non existent, but beyond that i do not have roach or rodent problems(thank the lord) and if i do have any in the future its due to dirty neighbors, because when i moved in never a problem. I wish management would inforce trash removal more offen since some people seem to generate a filled trash receptor in 2 days. Rent for a 1 bedroom is 890 but its worth it, washer dryer,storage space, balcony, pool and now a fitness center....its definately worth it minus the trifling people, and fake hoodlums.
