Someone please advise whether or not these are good apartments. Please comment on issues like people hanging out and most importantly, bugs!
Does anyone have any bug problems or people hanging out late at night' Also, how responsive is maintenance and do the apartments look old or modern on the inside' Thanks!

I have lived there for over 5 years. Some buildings have had a problem of people hanging out. They do tend to hang out at the playground area. Some buildings have a bug problem others don't. There is not a "terrible" roach problem that I have heard of which is good considering some of the other complexes. Maint. is pretty good about responding. How long does it take to get fixed is another story. It truely depends. The apartments are semi-modern. You won't find stainless steel appliances but the place is okay. I wish I could say yes or no but it is a personal choice. My building has older people in it so it's pretty good. Do we have crime? Yes, there has been reports of break ins (apartments and cars) but the rates are relatively low compared to the "area". Do we have mice/rats? Yes, you are near woods in the back of the apartment. The occassional stray cat or 2 keeps this contolled but it is up to the neighbors to keep trash in the proper place. They also have rat/mice traps that keep them little to none visable. Although I have seen one the size of a small cat. Are the apartments nice? Overall yes, you hear very little noise between apartments although you can hear really loud music in the next building (go figure). Overall, it could be so much worse. The best part is having a washer/dryer in your apartment. The grounds are kept fairly clean. I really hope this helps in your search.
