Be careful. The people in the rental office are scandalous. They have one gas meter and they divide that bill between the tenants then to top it off some of the tenants do not pay gas at all. Tell me why we are responsible for the gas bill if we don't pay within 30 days they deduct from you rent payment. I think it is a real disgrace. That we as tenants are being taken advantage of.I hope that something will be done soon. We don't have that much longer to go in our lease. Once it's up WE ARE OUT!!!!!!!! The property manager is a nasty B****. She looks like Helga the witch.She is never available to answer any questions and never returns phone calls. Her name is Mona Mitten. I would not recommend this place to anyone. For one the parking is horrible. You need to come straight home from work to have a parking space and you cannot leave for the rest of the night. The rental office is never open on time. Mushrooms grow out of your bedroom closets and they have a serious roach and mold problem. Also, teenagers are starting to hang all out in front of the building and in the hallways. Walls and floors are like paper.And the laundry rooms suck. Machines break down all the time. Why does it take almost 5 months to repair a washing machine' For what you pay for rent here you can have a house then you would not have to deal with all of this s***. Good Luck if you move here. But just remember I TOLD YOU SO.
