Chesapeake Landing Apartments

Do not move here!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/8/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   The gas bill is split between the tenants. The gas company MINOL claims they bill according to the square footage of the apartment. Not the amount used by the tenant. Some of the tenants do not pay for gas! The apartments are old and the floors make a lot of noise. The windows and floors need to be replaced. Dont be fooled by the appearance from the outside its quite and peaceful until you try to go to sleep! The neighbors are rude as hell! My suggestion is to find another home. I can't wait to move out!
