Oh my where oh where do I begin. This place was the absolute worst! I moved in just the first on November, by Thanksgiving my entire ceiling had flooded over my dining area and ruined the chairs! It took maintenance 2 days to dryvac.

Then my garbage disposal and dishwasher was backed up from the apartment upstair and it took them 3 months to replace the faulty dishwasher!!!! It was horrible. The smell if you opened it was ridiculus!!

Lets not talk about the breaking into vehicles and houses. My twin brother and his wife lived there as well and their house door was kicked in and their possessions stolen. Do you think they sent a letter out to make the other tenants aware' Hell No!! My sister-in-law was 9 months preganat in July and her air condition was broke for the entire month of July. She had to relocate once giving birth for 2 weeks because of that.

Let's move on the most hidious of all the GAS BILL!!! Ridiculous!!! You didn't get a bill for a couple months, once recieved it was crazy high. No one from the company Minol could expain the charges. Besides they divide everyone's cost and each tenant pays! Then to top it off you can't pay down your balance they take your complete balance out of your rent. Once my bill was $600!!


To solve the problem I wrote several letters to their corporate office and asked for authorization to IMMEDIATELT VACATE!! I couldn't last a year there.
