The first is the leasing consultant. She is ghetto!! Very unprofessional and she lies! I've even known some people that were turned off from renting her just because of her. Maintenance take FOREVER to respond for the complex to be a small as it is. When it snows they aren't speedy with clearing the sidewalk or stairs, I've almost fallen on a couple of occassions. Also, the contractors that they hire to do work do half jobs. They had someone come in to fix a pipe or something that was leaking into a lower apartment. The contractor had to go under my kitchen sink, they pulled everything out that was under my sink and didn't put it back AND they left a big hole in the wall under my sink. Next let me mention that the gas bills are a mess. The amount that I pay for gas is more than what my sister pays in her 6 bedroom 3 level house, so what does that tell you'!

I have been living here since 1996, and someone told me about this site, and I don't agree with this comment at all. The new property manager that took over and her assistant, is just great. I never knew they had a new leasing consultant in the office, i always thought it was only the two young ladies. I can not believe someone would bring them down like that. If you really want to bad talk the property, you should've came in "96". My opinion the ladies are doing great job, they always talk about young people, but the old ones they had here before running the property in the past they wasn't worth two cents, now you want to complain I had to live with mold and water damages for 3 years, then a new manager came and antoher, and so on. The ladies are great in the office, the property is much much better now. I am sorry its just bothers me when people put false information on the internet. I always recommend this propety to friends and co-workers. I Love Living Here AS You Can SEE.
