Office staff LACKS demeanor to deal with better educated clients

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
 
Lived here for years and really enjoyed it--
Close to 295,495, metro, DC, Baltimore ... apartments have old charm and space but the neighborhood has sinced changed ...

Office staff LACKS demeanor to deal with better educated clients... what they must realize is that as they upgrade the property and increase rent-- the clients will demand better- They are simply not trained in dealing with well spoken and intelligent people...

Series of breakins- both apartments and cars... and roaches run rapid despite the fact that it really doesn't matter if you keep your apartment ---- and span --it's the luck of the draw! And the extermination company is a real joke ---

Don't recommend unless management changes and roach issues are solved ...
