-WHAT ATTRACTED ME:
1) My balcony is very spacious, with a great view and looks great on the buildings from the outside.
2) Cozy apartment layout with nice windows.
3) Rent amount was great for our budget.
- WHY I'M READY TO RUN NOW!!
(only after 1 year)
1) All I see from my balcony is police cars. And I hear gun shots very often so my balcony ain't a great place to be.
2. Who knew I would be sharing my cozy layout with the hoards of roaches! The more I spray, the more they show up!
3. THE MANAGEMENT & STAFF IS HORRIBLE!!! No regard for tenants. Attitudes.
VERY Uncooperative. Totally HORRIBLE!!!
4. Terrible washer and dryer in the dungeon.
5. No parking left anywhere near your building after 7pm.
6. Car tags stolen after 3 weeks of moving in. "Welcome to the neighboorhood!"
7. Maintenance came by 3 times to 'inspect' a leaking problem and NEVER FIXED IT!!! We had to fix ourselves to get results.
8. When you call, maintenance the hardly EVER picks up the phone.
9. This is a Bozman community. But as of today, Cooper's Crossing Apartments is not listed on its site among the other properties. Hmmmm''
Ashamed of their management here''
They should be!!
I am sooooooo through with this place!!!!
