Nice spacious apartments, I can't find anything else that compares to the big wrap around balcony and spacious livingroom. All of that means nothing because everything else is unbelieveably terrible!

I've been here for almost an year and I can't wait to air out my furniture and sprint to another place. I'm not trying to be funny I'm just being real. From day 1 it was a nightmare. Before we were able to open our new apartment door a kid gave us the scoop about the apartments and management. He warned me that this wasn't a good place. My husband and I entered our apartment and that's when the nightmare began. Our suppose to be apartment home was a disaster. We had a big whole in the closet wall, a bundle of trash which met us at the front door, medicine cabinet was broke down. Our floors looked as if it hadn't been clean in fours years. They had to replace the kitchen floor which my husband had to assist maintenance after two weeks of lies from management, my bedroom floor had to be replaced. If you like company all the time. You'll love it here at Coopers Crossing and Roaches. Roaches are your company from the time you go to sleep and when you wake up. I tried everything that was possible to get rid of them. It seems as if they tripple up on me everytime I spray one. There's gun shots constantly. Watch out, because you don't know where they come from, it just sounds as if there right next to you. Neighbors that's been around here since the beginning of time are just terrible. They act as if there the only ones who lives here and they shouldn't make any sacrifices for everyone could live comfortable. Don't live under anyone. Try going upstairs and knock nicely to ask if they could ask there kid to relax, you've done it now. Asking someone to stop doing something so that you can be comfortable is out unless you want to argue. I almost forgot to mention. There's break-ins every single day. I leave my music up while I'm out of the house because the thieves only kick your door down if they suspect you're not home. I can't leave without telling you this.....NO HOT WATER TWO WEEKS OUT OF THE FOUR WEEK MONTH!!!!!!! O.K. maybe I'm exaggerating. It's only one week out of a four week month sometimes two. It's not consistent days but it does add up to about 10 to 14 days out of the month. If you're lucky the water might stay on while you're in the shower. I could go on and on about this place. I don't think that it would ever end. I wish I could give you my number so that I can give you the whole scoop but I can't so you're just going to have to trust me and use your imagination for the rest.

I recommend you run, run, and then sprint to another complex.

I'm leaving in 3 weeks and I couldn't be any happier.
