I have been here since June 15th, the apt looks nothing like the one I was shown. I have had the nieghbors who lives above me toilet leak into my kitchen five different time.I have a used condom lying right beside my patio from the neighbors 2 floors up. The roaches are so bad, you can see them out on my patio, trying to get into my apartment. My kitchen sink was backed up the entire week of Thanksgiving. (I had to wash my turkey in the bathtub) My apt was broken into this past Friday. Today marks the 6th day that I have been without heat, And dont think I havent blown their phones up. Have yet been able to get a manager on the phone. You would think if the manager actually stayed in the office and on their job. they wouldnt have so many problems. They recently switched to park by permit and had my car towed without any notice. (NO reimbursement or anything) My bathroom sink is now backed up and I just noticed another leak. I have never been able to call once or twice and get a response. So dont use a payphone, or you will run out of money. If anyone knows a way for me to get out of my lease please help me..... (And yes this is real)
