Management from Property Management Hell From: urgonnagetsued Date posted: 4/19/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004 1 response If you find yourself in a situation where you have no other option than to move to Coopers.....be homeless! If you choose Coopers, pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease make sure you receive any and everything they say, verbalize to you in writing with the supposed property managers signature. If you don't they will hem you up one way or another. The second reason to have everything in writing is because none of the staff knows what they are doing from Alice to Mayta to maintenance and sooner or later they will be the ones in court trying to maintain thier occupations....the Donaldson Group needs to go back around the corner to chesapeake landing and stick to what they know....whatever that may be.......
