I do not live at this location, but my experience throughout the initial process was lackluster to say the least. First, the newly refurbished apartments are beautiful. They would have been worth every single dime had the staff been up to par. The application process took a very long time and I had to keep calling them. I have no credit problems so the process should have been quick. It took more than 2 weeks and each time I was given another excuse.

Also, though the apartments are new...the tenants are not. The same people that lived in the community before still reside there so much of the problems that this community suffered in the past will remain until they are moved out. When I walked up to the door of the apartment that would possibly be mine, trash began to fall from the sky! I was like "what the heck!" and there were kids on an upper balcony just throwing crap below. Management boats how clen the facilities are....not true...drive to the back and you will see.

Also...safety. I called the local police department to find out stats about this area. I was frightened...21 assaults, break ins, 4 car jackings, 4 rapes, and the list went on and on.

I TRULY believe that in due time, this community will be one of the best in the Landover area, but right now think of it this way...they refurbished the outside like a brandnew Hummer...but when you open the door of the Hummer, you find out that its a beat up Pento.....don't be fooled.

I too called the police before I came to live here and what you stated is false information. Crime has no address. You have to be smart and think smart. I live here and love it. Yes there are people that need to go but isn't that everywhere. The management was very helpful to me and moving was fun and not a hassel! Sorry you didnt experience what I did!
