Great Place to Live and Office Staff helpful and caring

I have lived at Coopers for six months and it is a wonderful place to live. I have a new platum apartment and everyone who comes to my home tells me how beautiful it is. What is even better is I have referred 3 friends who are now living at Coopers and I have made $1500! Yes that is right they give you $500 every time you tell a friend about Coopers and they move in. I havent really needed service but the two times I called, I had maintenance there right away. THey were kind and professional and the office staff is the best I have ever seen. THey do whatever they can to help you and work with you and made my move easy and fun! In my renting years, I have found that most people who give bad reviews usually owe money and are about to be evicted! I have lived in a couple other apartment communities and have seen the worst of the worst and I have to say I am very happy living at Coopers and so are my friends who now live here! One thing most people forget is this is not a house, it is an apartment and you live close to other people - my suggestion is get to know who lives near you. I have and we have built great friendships! Coopers Crossing keep up the great work!

I used to live at Coopers and it was OK. The only problem I had was major roaches and I was very clean person. The reason I moved was because the office started to change for the worse however; I must say that I did love the apartment over all.

WOW you must be Halle Berry or something in order to get those folks to do something right. And no the negative reviews do not only come from people who do not pay their rent/pay late. As a resident I have never spoken with anyone who lives in the complex and has much good to say about them. I have lived in worse neighboorhoods and gotten much better service. Yes the staff is nice, but if they acctually get anything done besides moving people in is another question.

I've lived in Coopers Crossing for the past 5 months the signature series apartments are the only nice apartments in the complex. The staff are ------- unbelievable, they are so rude and ghetto. That is one of the reasons why I'm leaving. The main problem is that the walls in the apartment are to thin. Everyday I come home it's like I live with another family. Oh and by the way I don't owe any money to the complex and I'm not getting evicted from my apartment.
