I first moved into Coopers back in 1989 and lived there for about eight years and it was a nice place to live. There was some trouble however; little. The only problems that I had was the roaches and I was a very clean person. During the summer months there were a lot of people hanging out but if you can deal with that you will be ok.
The only reason I moved out was because the office staff that came in around 2002-2003 was poor. If I had the chance and know that the staff had changed for the better, I would surly return. I had lots of fun when I was there.

Yes I am, and I don't think it's nothing wrong with that. Sometime's the best advise comes from someone who used to live in the community. The reason I moved was because of the office staff and a job relocation. Learn to keep an open mind and listen from those who has had the experiance.
