I lived in the development for 4 years and after several management changes the property continued to go downhill. I will tell that these apartments are sooo spacious. When I first moved onto the property I use to come home to about 30 drug dealers on my steps after a couple of murders and the cleaning staff getting raped in the laundry rooms we got security. Well since the security guards and the maintenance staff have befriended the the local dealers there was never a since of security.

This would be a great environment for you if you can sleep with your lights on so the roaches won't attack you and you can actually see the mice play around the house.

I lived on the TOP floor and I keep a clean home, but there nothing I could do to get rid of the roaches and mice. Oh and how could I forget about my loving going away present two nights before I moved I had a houseguest also known as a BAT. The management office kindly told me that there was not anything that they could do for me, so I had to get PG County Animal Control to rescue me.

Also please be advise that the parents could careless about their children so of course they are off the CHAIN and OUT OF CONTROL>
