After reading these reviews I am SO GLAD that I did not move here. Before I could really get started on my application a current resident stopped me at the front door and warned me about the rude staff (with the exception of a guy in there) and the horrible maintenance team. I took his advice w/ a grain a salt and was still going to move foward UNTIL ...I started asking some general questions to Charise in the rental office...oh she was sweet as pie when she thought I was going to to move in..as soon as I started questioning things the ghettoness rose to the top. BIG ATTITUDE no way im going any further with this process if im already getting attitude and warnings.....------>

You made a very good choice. I have decided that this is only temporary since I have already signed the lease. I will spend this year researching other properties and/or home ownership and then give my sixty day notice to Cooper's Crossing in June.

My opinion I think you should've gave the complex a chance. I been living here since October of last year, and I can say its been rocky, but I have seen the improvement. I used to live here when it was just Cherry Hill, that's when I can say the community was some ---- and management was some ----, but since I moved back here last year the community is much much better in maintenance and management. They are currently adding a pool, and other amenities for the residents, which no one have done before to this community. Compare to alot of communities in this area this complex is pretty decent. I won't give this community a perfect rating, because no community is perfect, so my overall rating for this commuity is a 3 for improvement and effort and I do recommend this community. Oh! If someone does read this they might think I live in the front that's why I can say these things, but I do live in the back of the community.
