I moved in May 2007 and I am already having problems with roaches. Think about this, I have only used my stove twice, which means I don't even keep food in the house and I still have a million roaches. Where are they coming from'

Another thing, my neighbors above me drink Cornona and they feel the best way to dispose of them is to throw them over the balcony. Come on now. Everyone knows that is not the right thing to do. Plus, there are so many children running around unattended and leaving trash every where that it is ridiculous.

I think for the prices that Coopers Crossing charges, certain things should be expected, which includes screens for my windows. I have been there since May and I still have no screens. They keep telling me that they are on back order. From where' I could have rowed them from Taiwan by now. Plus, when I maintenance finally come to service my apartment, the man left pumpkin seeds on my kitchen floor. Come on now. I definitely recommend looking elsewhere before choosing Coopers Crossing unless you living in a noisy kid infested roach motel.

I couldn't agree with you more. the rental office staff sucks. I also moved-in in may. and i am ready to leave already. there is no where for the children to play so the play in the buildings and around the buildings the neighbors are noisey and trifling. i can't wait until my lease is up.

I moved here in July 2006 and for a couple of months I didnt see any roaches at all, now my apartment has roaches coming from everywhere. It's so bad that I dont even want to come home anymore. It's crazy that I pay almost 1,400 a month to live here and have to deal with this. I'am moving out this month.

All of those of you who complain, I am sure had very high security deposits due to bad credit. It is normally those who are given a chance that complain. If you had a better choice then why didn't you take it? Answer is because you didn't. You get what you deserve if you do not live your life correctly. Bad credit my people equal a lesser quality of life. Think about it before you put yourselves out there like that. Let's face it, no one lives in any part of landover if they can afford to live elsewhere. No one lives anywhere in PG county if they can afford elsewhere. Examine your worth before you come to a conclusion as to how bad any community is. The saying goes "you get what you pay for" and then there is also "You go for what you are worth". Comprehend?

FfOR THE ANONYMOUS PERSON WHO LEFT THE COMMENT ABOVE IT'S JUST SAD!!! WHY BECAUSE THE TRUTH HURTS, AND FOR WHOEVER YOU ARE TO TRY AND ATTACK SOMEONES CHARACTER DOESN'T SAY TOO MUCH ABOUT YOURSELF, YOU MUST BE AN EMPLOYEE!! ALL I CAN SAY IS GOD BLESS YOU.

First of all, my security was the absolute minimum and I received a refund for it when I left. The community sucks. Period! If you are a professional, just stay away. Leave this place for the hood rats that work in the rental office.
