I moved in April 2006 and new it was problem once arriving at the leasing office know as Donaldson Group. When I did an inspection of the apartment it was roaches outside the door and worst when you enter. I had my sister's with me who said it's something you can fix and it's bigger than my old apartment which was a 3 bedroom. My uncle did my pest control for so that helped with the roaches I only used theirs once, never seen any mice or other bugs. Never had any problems with parking or kids. May 2007 my kitchen cabinet came off the wall and was never replaced. The rent here is too much when no utilities not included. I like it here but can't afford it, trying to save money and pay off debt is hard to do. I made the best with what I could now I'm living.
