I really can't understand the all the unflattering things said about this community. I love it and recommend it to all my friends. Monica and her staff are the bomb! Anything I have needed fixed has been always handled with in an expedited manner.The people who have said negative things about this place are probably the same entittled tennants who never pay their rent but love to find fault with everything. I can say without hesitating that myself and the other residents I know really are happy livng at Cooper's Crossing!

I left a negative comment and I always pay my rent and gas on time. In fact, I have a credit on my account. I really don't see the correlation between someone complaining and not paying their rent???? That doesn't make their comments less valid. In fact, it only makes you seem biased. Especially since you didn't leaving anything concrete except, "Monica and her staff are the bomb." I think people looking for an apartment need a little more merit than that to go by.

I also left a negative comment back in 2006 and I agree with you! Just because you make a negative comment does not mean you dont' pay your rent. I loved the way my apartment looked. I just had a major problem with roaches. It got so bad that I didnt even allow my son into the kitchen. Maintenance SUCKED! Staff never did anything. I lived there for one year and left.

I agree with Donita35. Because you suck up to the office for what ever your reasons are does not mean real people do not deserve to hear the truth and real experiences of others. This place and it's staff are horrible and if there are 1000 ex-residents out in the world who need to vent let them vent without you spitting out $20.00 words about how wonderful Monica and her staff are. Potential residents need to know the truth. People pay money for a service and the service at CC sucks. If you have never had a bad experience, that is great, but I and many others expected better service for the amount of money paid to management and we did not receive it. Your taste and class is obviously lower than some.
