Our year is up, and my fiance and i are buying a house, otherwise if i was single i'd stay !!, No complaints, Maintenance is great, aND the office Atmosphere is better than i've ever seen, always a smile and a hello when i walk in the door. The apartment did not have many problems, but minor and when i did, Maint. came to the rescue !! I recommend this community to anyone !! Plus its under new management and the property is looking better and better! TWO THUMBS UP, IF I HAD TEN THUMBS I'D DO TEN THUMBS UP!!!

My experience was okay...when I first moved in back in 04 my apt had alot of roaches but they came and put holes in the walls with some type of sand, then after cleaning with bleach....I didn't see any...HOWEVER, I'm pretty sure it was the Maintenance men who came into my apt during the day and tried to steal our big screen TV, computers and other stuff...Rental office claims someone tried to come in through the small ass bathroom window but I don't know for sure..other than that....I had no complaints about the complex or anything...I have friends who live here....the apt has gotten better and is good...to much for me now though.
