As a young professional, I have been happy with my experience living here for over 6 months.

The kitchens and bathrooms look great. I've had a couple of minor issues which required maintenance. They've come so quick I was hardly off the phone calling in my concern.

Monica and her office staff are so friendly and willing to go out of their way to help. It was thoughtful that they bought me a welcoming gift when I moved in.

It's an interesting mix of neighbors, from college-age students to senior citizens. All are respectful, and at least my neighbors are very friendly.

Noise isn't an issue; if it were to be an issue the management (Monica) would certainly address such concerns immediately.

I've lived in 6 different apartments in the past 10 and this is hands down the best!!!!!

The funny thing about the few false reviews is they can't even keep up with it. If you are going to try to fool someone by telling lies, keep it up. You should send out reviews everyday, petition other residents that love this crappy property and the fabulous Monica so much. I do not live there anymore and I am still mad about the way I was treated and if I could stand on the corner of Coopers Lane and 450 with a sign shouting "do not live here" I would. Stand by your conviction, crazy!!!

I CAN'T BELIEVE WHO EVER WROTE THAT COMMENT ABOUT THIS PLACE. THERE'S ONLY 1 COUNT IT 1 PERSON THAT TAKES CARE OF BUSINESS IN THAT OFFICE AND IT IS BEVERLY, THAT'S MY GET IT DONE GIRL. BEFORE HER IT WAS SANCHA AND MS. MONICA DID AWAY WITH HER. ALOT OF AGENTS HAVE COME AND GONE SINCE I'VE LIVED HERE AT COOPERS CROSSING,SO WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU ABOUT MONICA?!? SHE WAS A VERY BAD ITCH THAT I COULDN'T SCRATCH ONCE UP ON A TIME. OHH IT'S ALSO A FASHION SHOW UP IN THERE!! DON'T BE SURPRISED IF NO ONES EVERY AVAILIBLE WHEN YOU NEED EM', THEY MIGHT BE HAVING A LITTLE POW WOW IN THE LITTLE KITCHEN, OR IN THE CONFERENCE ROOM.
