This apartment complex likes drama it creates within it self.
Dogs on balconies releving them selves and the Management go after the wrong people.
My neighbors that are leaving the complex was accused of having a dog doing his business on the balcony and it was the neighbor abve them,
so I'm still dealing with the poop and the barking all day all night long,
If they go to the right apartment to tell the neighbor the dog has to go, but its to much like right because she is a police officer.
We have lights out in bldgs and drug dealers sell drugs in the hall way, the air conditioner units is always having problems, then there is the roaches and kids throwing trash in the hall ways and trash dumpsters always full with trash on the ground with no one taking care of the property.
My lease will be up in 10 months and I'm getting out of this place.
Don't move here

I know you will find a better place to live then Coopers. My prayers are with you while you are there. I got home just an hour before a young man was shot and killed outside my apartment building in February 07. This young man was one of 3 regulars that hung out in front of my building, so I did know his face when I passed 20 young men to get in my place. As a single woman this was scary everyday. The office did nothing about them and security was affraid. I wish you blessing in your search for a new home.
