I have lived here for about a month and dont have any of the problems that everyone is listing here. My roommate and I are reletively clean people so I guess that helps (we dont go to sleep if the kitchen isn't clean).

I'm glad to hear that you haven't had any problems thus far, however it doesn't negate the problems that others have endured. There are many on here that have paid there rent on time, kept there homes clean and followed every procedure asked by the rental office and still to no avail have things improved so with that being said I wish you must success in the complex, and prayerfully you will not have to experiences and/or circumstances and situations that myself and others have been through.

Good for you. This just means that all of the residents that lived through H**L at this property and hopefully moved on, have a better set of standards and class than you and your roomate.
