I have been at Coopers for about 2 months now, and I am so far pleased. After reading all the reviews and svereal trips to the property day and night, endless converstaions with the office staff and current residents I made the choice to become a resident. I was made aware of the several previous companies and some of the issues you speak of. I was made aware of the Community actions center that is soon to come, and I like foward to working with the staff on thhat venture.

I was made aware of the fact that at a point there were no cleaners, landscapers and other issues, but doing my own research and not lisetening to angry residents someof whom are getting involved with the revialization of such a large property is disheartning at best. I have seen the landscapers, the cleaners , and the sherrifs along with new management trying to bring this property back to a Community Standard.

I plan on working with them as much as possible as I beleive a community depends mostly on those who live in it. I am pleased and encourage you to take the time and go see Coopers speak with the staff and form you own opinion. I f you still live ther and are complaing give the new team a chnace work with them and what there are trying to accomplish for you. If not Stop complaing, stop being a part of the problem and move.

And another thing if you are a real resident the only question you arise in viewers mind is "where did you move from? If you moved from a crappy place Coopers might be fabulous and great for you. All I have to say about that is set higher standards for yourself and reach higher in life for the positive. One more thing be honest enough to give another review in 6 months. We really want to hear from you.

yea...I concur....give it a few more months and we'll see. I hope you prove us wrong...I hate to hear of problems people have with complexes.
