Very Very poor maintenance - Iam a resident of Chesapeake Landing and planning to move out,i can say Maintenance is very very poor,i faced many problem which were very serious and needs quick response but those people didn't even care to listen. washer dryer will not work and gas bills are very very high,i can hear neighbors running and banging things on the floor even in the middle of the night. I lived here during 1998-2000, and as I read, I see it hasn't changed much. While I was living there we encountered a situation where a woman blew here face off with dynamite and we had to be evacuated. It was just too much confusion in that complex. Glad I moved away.
