From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/20/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Poor Construction *cheap*, but I guess you get what you pay for, overall though you can't beat the price... the neighbor hood leaves something to be desired, but I'm guessing thats how it is in all areas around DC. the main problem with the ivy club is the management and her unwillingness to assist tenents. she has no buisness being an apartment manager.
