Like the other's who have posted I have enjoyed my stay here at the Ivy Club. The grounds are kept clean and I have had no problem with the staff or maintenance. Maintenance requests are handled very promptly usually in the same day. Actually one day on a Sunday during the summer I thought my A/C had went out and I called the emergency number to see if someone could come out since I have two small children. Unfortunately the maintenance man would not be back until monday. However the "handy man" if you will called me back again and said he'll come look at it, which he really didn't have to do and come to find out I had my thermostat set to fan, which is a stupid mistake on my part. But his response was when he saw that was "I'm glad I came out". Great customer service. The only bad thing is the apartments are very small and the difference between a one bedroom with den and a two bedroom is a closet and that extra square footage for a closet will run you $100 dollars. The complex is also very military friendly to say the least. This might as well be base housing due to the military personnel here. Their on the set aside program as well which I like. Lastly, don't be discouraged as I was initially when they tell you you can't see the apartment your moving into until after you've signed your lease on move-in day. The apartments are newly renovated. The whole building was torn down and rebuilt with all new appliances with W/D. NO BUGS!!!! The community is gated and the gate actually works. In the year i've been here its never been broken and their is always someone at the gate unless he is doing his walkaround the complex so no driving behind other vehicles. Never heard or been aware of any cars being stolen, robberies, and most definately their is no loitering in front of the building. I suggest this apartment to anyone if they are looking for an affordable CLEAN place to live.
