I have lived here for a year. Though it it is next to the Prince George's County Stadium and FedEx Field, it is still a very quiet place. I have to go outside to be able to tell if there is a game going on. The grounds are very well keep and always kept freshly painted. It is a true gated community with a real live gate attendant. The rules of the complex are strictly enforced - no routy tenants here. For the location, the price and amenities cannot be beat. Membership to PG County Sports and Learning Complex is the best perk. Well, next to sharing a fence with FedEx Field. Hail to the Redskins! Blvd at Capital Centre Shopping is just across the Beltway. Did I mention easy access to the Beltway' Finally, concerning management, my overall experience has been good. The property is well maintained and my concerns have always been addressed in a timely manner. The place stays rented and the office stays busy, so I am impressed with the hard work the management does.
