First, let me tell you, having spend over 17 years in the military, and having the opportunity to live around the country, and the world, I can TRULY say that the Ivy Club Apartments will always, have a place in my heart, the Staff, well what can one say, they are like family, i practically live in the office once im off of work, fresh baked cookies, plenty of beverages, newspaper and good company, my family ( Ivy Club Management team). are surely a good influence to this community, so let me tell you about my experience at Ivy Club,
1. greatest community in Maryland.
2. Family oriented management team.
3. awesome mainteance team.
4. VERY, VERY, VERY. clean complex, everything works great, and very well maintained, Landscaping to die for.
5. the best neighbors anywhere.
so i say this, if you want to live in a very nice, and safe community where your family (the management team) knows you by name and not apartment number, then Ivy Club Apartments for you, as i have recommended to my fellow service members, and they jumped on the opportunity to move in, i felted compelled to go to my service commander, and said, "WOW" the military housing office, should take a page from the customer service aspect of Ivy Club and implentment it, in our training. but also we should have an Ivy Club Apartments satelite office on each base. to Ms. Rosanna, Ms. Sheila, and Ms. Renae, and Mr. Malcolm, and the Mainteance team led by Mr. Joe. thank you so much, if there was a NOBEL PRIZE awarded to the apartment communities, then the Ivy Club would win each and everytime. again thank you, for bringing me home.
