I've been living at the Ivy Club since 2002 and I'm still here, though I am looking so that I can move into a house. Since I've been living here I haven't had any - NOT ONE problem. No bugs, rats, loud noises, loitering in the halls, nothing. I don't worry about my car being stolen, my apartment being broken into - just quiet, peaceful, secured living. Though the units are small, the security and the amenities make up for that. I have enjoyed living at the Ivy Club and my hats off to the management staff - they are wonderful and my kids enjoyed going up there to say hello to them. I think they also loved being offered the cookies and water too. Overall, the Ivy Club is a great place to live and I highly recommend them - you would not be disappointed.
