These apartments are not NEW!! they have been gutted out from the old ghetto neighborhood apartment buildings that end up moving tenants right next door to ghetto azz Nalley apartments.. $1265 plus utilities is not acceptable nor worth it

I lived at the Ivy Club for 2 years. Yes, the walls are thin. I lived on the second floor and the neighbors above me had her kids as well as invited guest and kids running and partying all weekend and during the week days. After her divorce from her husband, (they would fight twice a week) she had sex with her male partners maybe twice a week and you could hear them both making all types of sex sounds. (She was a heavy girl too) This neighbor also would enter her apartment and let the metal door slam behind her. Yes, the management staff (Ms. Brooks) can be unprofessional at times and yes, she would file court documents for rent payments that were collected my her staff before hand, but the maintenance staff is excellent as well as the up keep of the grounds, fine apartments, security and location. Entering and exiting the apartment complex sucks because of the small space you to have to work with. The Guards house is in the center of the gates and the exit and entrance are on the left and right of it. You also have on going traffic all in that small space, also the residents in the town home across have to use enter their homes as well. |

In response to thinwalls I live in the townhomes across the street and there is no access to our homes through Ivy Club so that is a complete lie.

Only crime I've seen is someone got their 22" rims taken...but maryland has 30,000 car thefts a year. We only had one, so I still think that's pretty good.
