Notice how regularly there are positive comments between June and September 2005. Previous to and following this period comments come only rarely. A manager has definetly been writing these.

Mine was a positive rating...and yes...it was real. would give you guys my address, but you probably don't pay rent on time and try to move in with me...losers.
