disappointed by Ivy Club

Some of the positive comments here sound fake.
I have been living at Ivy club for almost two months and this is not what I call quality living.
Although the apartments are quiet and clean, everything breaks all the time.
The leasing office always has an attitude about fixing things too.
On the first day we moved here four things broke, the washer, a towel rack, the ice maker didn't work, and the heat thermostat didn't work.
All were eventually fixed, by the third maintenance request.
We were in the process of getting the alarm system turned on, but now we've found out that it doesn't work either and the we have to take off time from work to fix it.
Another big negative is that the apartments are really small for the price and the ghetto is right across the street.
Also,The leasing staff will be very nice to you, before you move in, but they quickly change up after you've signed the lease.
I've already decided that I will look for somewhere else to live next year, because its been one headache after another.
If i'm paying over 1000 for a one bedroom, I expect some kind of quality.
