FIRE THE STAFF! From: cautious1 Date posted: 2/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response   I've lived in the complex since August 2005 and this is what I know... Likes: Security presence (all the guard does is sit in the shack and talk on the phone but his presence is visible), the grounds are well kept and my apartment is very quiet (until some loud neighbors moved in). Dislikes: The leasing staff was "wonderful" (Renee) but that was in the beginning ! When an issue came up R. Brooks the community manager refused to answer any of my phone calls or return them then proceeded to attempt to sue me and evict for rent that was already paid and a mix-up on there end then one of her staff members got into a verbal exchange with me about there misdoing! They are both EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND GHETTO! I never received payment for 2 referrals either! Now, I don't deal with the leasing office period!
