Mom went off...LOL!!! But she's speaking the truth.

I'm a current tenant who has mix reviews.

The Ivy Club isn't a great placeābut it's certainly not the worst.

Because there are some apartment complexes in PG County that are nightmares.

Itās just not worth what they request for rent.

Truly though, no apartment complex in PG County should be over $900.

But some people might say it prepares you for home ownership.

GOOD:
It's metro accessible and for those attending PG Community College...it's about a 5 to 7 minute drive.

Plus Largo Town Center is up the street...so it does have its advantages.

It comes with a washer/dry, microwave, and a security alarm.

Plus the complex is gated, which is a BIG plus for me.

And it comes with free membership to the PG gym.

BAD:
The possibilities of a rent increase each season or year (current rent: $1035 plus gas, water, and electric).

The previous reviews were right about the office staff.

After you sign your name on the dotted line...that nice, happy with a smile lady you first met, becomes "What do you want now LADY!!!" The units are very small, so for those who have a lot of furnitureāI advise you to invest in storage space.

Plus the walls are paper thināso I highly advise those looking at the Ivy Club to request a third level unit.

OH! Even though the complex is gatedāitās right across the street from a shady neighborhood.

But lets face factsāthe cost of living here is way too high and so what ridiculous.

People have to realize were not in the south and the cost of living here is expensive.

Even such neighborhoods like District Heights, Capital Heights, Suitland, Temple Hills, and Oxon Hill are starting to raise their rent prices, but still have the same broke --- apartments that need MAJOR remodeling.
