Ivy Club

My Opinion of the Ivy Club From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/31/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I've been here for a little over a year, and have been very pleased with my accomondations. Honestly, the staff is top rate, you got to give them credit despite the negative reviews you have heard. I'm telling you they are Tony Tiger GREAT !! I'm also digging the secure grounds. Check this out: Guard at the gate (he is on the phone most of the time, but what else you gonna do !)- but the point remains, he's there. Locked fenced, especially at night, locked entry to the apartments, secure alarm inside, you can't beat that. The grounds, immaculate. I have to say Hola to all the latina momies who clean the grounds and the windows at my building - Hola Senoritas, Trabajo muy Bueno! The only thing I'm choking on is the price. I pay a little over a 1000 a month for a one bedroom with a den. The den is the size of the 2 bedrooms, and thats cool. So actually your getting a 2 bedroom for 1000, it just doesn't come with a closet. But what counters the rental price is the gym membership to the Sports and Learning Complex; its a beautiful workout facility. And yes, I'm blowing that place up every day getting my money WORTH !! As for the noise, I live on the top floor so I barely hear any sounds. My neighbor is real quiet also so I can't comment on that. Would I recommend someone to the Ivy Club: Hell Yeah ! Honestly, its worth it! I've read some of the other replies and I disagree with most of negative post. Believe me, if this place sucked donkey balls, I'd be the first one dogging them, but its great here. Like another poster said, if you don't like it... why the hell you still there..'
