Hello! I have specific questions regarding this community if someone could please help:
1) Are there a lot of young people hanging out (day or night, inside of or outside of buildings)'
2) Are there any bugs'
3) Do the apartments look old or modern (the models shown to prospective tenants are always the cream of the crop, so I don't trust that)'
4) Do you experience a lot of problems with your apartment, i.e., leaking toilet, chipped ceilings, etc.'
5) How responsive is staff to resident issues'
6) Do the games at FedEx Field cause any problems such as noise or excessive lighting at night'

1. rarely people hanging out 2. no bugs 3. modern 4. not many problems, if any usually fixed in 1 day 5. pretty fast 6. Traffic during game night is the worst

Redskin days are the worse days to be in that area. You will hear the game from beginning to end, so there's no reason to be in the stadium; and you know that there would be a problem with traffic, especially since it's so close to the stadium.
