Great Place To Live From: enjoyivyclub Date posted: 9/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   My husband and I have lived in Ivy Club since June 2006. I have enjoyed the time that we have been at our apt. The people who work in the leasing office are very nice and although we've been here since June, the Assistant Manager knows us by name. When we got the apt. we were very satisfied, it looked just like the model. Other than the small washer/dryer we love it. The light in our kitchen wasn't working properly and the Property Manager called me directly and told me that they would be there in the next hour. The light was actually fixed in 30 mins. Since we have lived here, there was one incident were a neighbor's car was broken into. A letter was sent to the renters the following day to let everyone know what went on. We later found out that it was an outsider who bent the gate to come in. However, every neighborhood has crime. The apt. doesn't have any roaches, ants or mouse/rats. They have an exterminator to come out every Friday. We don't plan to stay here for the rest of our lives, but I would recommend Ivy Club for renters.
