I have had only good experiences at the Ivy Club.

This is my 2nd year living in the community.

Coming from NY I would not get as many amenities that I have for the price.

My apartment building is very quiet and I feel safe.

I have never had a problem with my vehicle in the parking lot.

I love the fact that it is a gated community.

The only negative would be in the winter the parking lot could have been paved and salted before most people begin to leave for work and another pass when most people are at work.

The incline going up to the gate was a problem.

Also, the office staff has changed people many times within a year.

But I haven't experience a problematic transition.
