I have lived at the Ivy Club for 1 year and I can say that this is the nicest place I've ever lived. The apartments are kind of small but very cozy. The property is secure; nice gated community. I've never heard news of a burglary or a car theft. Good respectful neighbors. No loitering problems, no tenants hanging around the parking lot drinking alcohol. A very strict parking rule is strongly enforced, meaning if you park illegally your car will get towed.
The only drawback is stadium events. When they occur you can't drive around FedEx Way to get to Central Ave or the Beltway. I also had a major problem with a PG Police Officer who wouldn't allow me to walk through the stadium parking lot to the subway one Monday morning because the lot was close due to a game that evening. It didn't make sense to me.
Other than that, I would recommend The Ivy Club, its a fine place to live.
